Designed at Intentional Futures

Intentional Futures was brought in to help Microsoft's Customer Support Team (CSS) create an internal video highlighting and celebrating all the great work they do. Partnering with lead producer Shelley McIntyre, I led the storyline development and animation production. I pulled from and referenced Microsoft's existing illustration guidelines while also creating custom characters and imagery. During our production process, the idea was floated to use real CSS member voices rather than a professional VO artist, so I also vetted and coached several Microsoft employees to create our narration. The addition of genuine voices was well received and added extra incentive for employees to take pride in and share around the video.
